1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kaampe platform (the "Platform"), including the mobile application and website at kaampeapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About Kaampe

Kaampe is an AI-enabled peer-to-peer labor marketplace that connects workers (service providers) with employers (service seekers) in India. Kaampe acts as a technology platform and is not a party to any agreement between workers and employers.

3. Eligibility

To use Kaampe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Have a valid Indian phone number
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not have been previously banned from the Platform

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register an account to use Kaampe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 KYC Verification

Workers are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing valid government-issued identification. Kaampe reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke verification at any time.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Providing false information may result in account termination.

5. Platform Usage

5.1 For Workers (Service Providers)

• You represent that you have the skills and qualifications stated in your profile
• You agree to perform services professionally and diligently
• You are responsible for your own tools, equipment, and transportation
• You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Kaampe

5.2 For Employers (Service Seekers)

• You agree to provide accurate job descriptions and fair compensation
• You agree to treat workers with respect and provide a safe working environment
• You are responsible for verifying that work meets your requirements before confirming completion
• You agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for completed work

6. Payments

• All payment terms are agreed upon between workers and employers
• Kaampe currently charges zero commission on transactions
• Kaampe is not responsible for payment disputes between users
• Users must resolve payment issues directly or through our dispute resolution process

7. Ratings and Reviews

• Users may rate and review each other after job completion
• Ratings and reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience
• Fake, misleading, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited
• Kaampe reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform for direct transactions after initial connection
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information

9. Dispute Resolution

Kaampe provides an in-app dispute resolution mechanism for issues between workers and employers. Users agree to:

• First attempt to resolve disputes directly with the other party
• Use the in-app dispute resolution process if direct resolution fails
• Provide truthful information during the dispute process
• Accept Kaampe's resolution decisions as final for platform-related matters

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design) are owned by Kaampe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Kaampe is a technology platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers
• Kaampe is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from interactions between users
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kaampe in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

Kaampe may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Outstanding obligations (payments, disputes) survive termination
• Data retention follows our Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
